Description:	The bench mark is located approximately 899 ft SSW of the Port Mansfield water tower, 159 ft NE of the centerline of the entrance to the Port Mansfield Marina and public boat ramp, 79.1 ft SE of the centerline of State Highway 186 (Mansfield Rd), 8.5 ft NW of a permanent GPS station mounted atop a 15 foot tower with solar panels, and 7.5 ft NE of the edge of pavement of the east side of parking lot for the public boat ramp. Side of disk appears to be bent down slightly.
